The informatics project will remain organized and streamlined by generating a project scope, charter, SWOT analysis, gap analysis, work breakdown structure, and Gantt chart. Potential issues with the project are anticipated by creating a responsibility chart, communication plan, and risk management plan. A nursing informatics project will encompass these project management techniques to restructure AI algorithms and differentiate between sepsis and CS alerts for CHF patients, thus reducing patient mortality rates. As the healthcare leader in the community, the organization must implement EBP to minimize harm and patient decompensation.
